How often do you feed the pets?
We usually feed the pets at 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, but we're happy to follow your specific feeding instructions.

What type of food do you use?
We feed the dogs Purina Chicken & Rice and the cats Purina Cat Chow.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring any treats or food for your pet. We have a refrigerator available for anything that needs to be kept cool.

Can you administer medications as needed?
Absolutely! We use cream cheese or peanut butter to give medications, but please note that we DO NOT administer injectable medications.

What happens if my pet gets sick?
If your pet becomes ill, we will contact the veterinarian immediately and notify you if necessary.

What if my pet is afraid of new places or people?
We never force a pet to do anything they’re uncomfortable with.

My pet is small. Can I request for it to stay in the front?
Yes, small and quieter pets stay towards the front of the wings, while larger and louder pets stay towards the back.
