WELCOME TO CHAPIN PET LODGE!
At Chapin Pet Lodge it is our goal to provide the best care for your pet while you are on vacation or away for business.
Visit us anytime and see for yourself if your pet will be happy with us.
Chapin Pet Lodge has 115 dog runs with central heating and cooling. There is a separate building for cats with 42 runs, 18 kitty condos, and 24 garden apartments, all with central heating and cooling and color TV that plays 24 hours daily. We now offer deluxe dog suites at The Four Paws Inn!
We offer all breed grooming, walks, and scheduled playtimes. Unannounced inspection is encouraged anytime between 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and 1pm to 6pm on Sunday.
SERVICES
Boarding - Dogs
All dog runs are indoors with heat and air, have a 4' high concrete block wall topped with 4' of wire. All outside walls in the dog area are sliding glass doors, which are opened when weather permits. We encourage you to bring toys or bedding that will make them feel at home. All dogs have radios to listen to 24 hrs. a day.
Drop Off
Pets may be dropped off or picked up anytime between 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and 1pm to 6pm on Sunday.
Retail
We offer treats, bones, soft toys, retractable leashes, collars & leads, tuffie's, spa shampoos & cologne & the Tropiclean line of cleaning products.
Boarding - Cats
Cats have Kitty Condos or Garden Apartments. Both runs have a 4' x 3' inside with a loft over the bedroom area under a picture window. The Garden Apartment has a door that opens onto a 4' x 4' screen porch. Kitties also have carpet and color television.
Playtime
We offer playtime for your dog in 40' x 60' pen on a one on one basis with one of our employees. We also offer walks on a request basis. Both playtime and walks require an extra fee.
Transportation
We offer transportation to and from your veterinarian on an as needed basis. We also offer transport to and from airports as well.
Grooming
Full Service Grooming is available by request and appointment ONLY.
THE FOUR PAWS INN
Introducing the Four Paws Inn Deluxe Suites
We have three sizes available at the Four Paws Inn. This deluxe suite is open to the ceiling and has comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, and a TV to keep your dog company.
These suites start at$40 a day; $25 for 2nd Pet Same Run, (2) walks and (1) playtime each day for each pet.

*Each additional pet in the same suite is $25

MEET THE OWNER
Meet the owner Jeff Murray, and his twin sons, Will and Mac. The Chapin Pet Lodge has been in the Murray family, but more so in God's service, since 1987. The Chapin Pet Lodge is a locally owned, small family business.
"It is our goal to give our clients the best pet boarding experience that they desire and hope that if you or your pet have any questions, that you PLEASE let me know. Many of the policies that we use here at CPL are because of years of experience with associations such as The Pet Care Services Association and Chapin Chamber of Commerce among many others. The main people that have helped us are our clients!! Thanks to comments through the years and a genuine caring drive to be the best pet boarding facility in South Carolina. We still ask for your thoughts and comments.
Since buying the facility from Mom and Pop, I've started a couple of new incentives to hopefully help us out here and help you, our client. The biggest incentive is our referral program. I realized that I don't want just any client; I want a client like you. So, from now on, if you tell anyone about CPL and they come in and make a reservation, you get $15.00 off of your next reservation for each new client you send us and the new client gets $5.00 off of their first visit. The next is a $1.00 discount per day for military personnel and FREE boarding for anyone in the military who have been sent anywhere in the world due to war time.
With all of this in mind, it's your turn. Please let us know if you don't understand a bill or you went home with a dirty bed or if you have ANY questions about your stay here at Chapin Pet Lodge. It is my understanding that a client will not say anything about that toy missing or the food that you thought would last longer among many other little items of interest that, well, seem a tad picky. We are located at 1212 Beagle Run Rd. in Chapin, South Carolina.
From Ballentine, take Hwy 76 and make a right onto Lexington Ave.
Take this until it dead ends onto Columbia Ave. Make a right onto Columbia Avenue and make an immediate left turn onto Peak Street.
Make a left on Old Shealy Road until it dead ends onto Beagle Run Rd.
Make a left hand turn into Chapin Pet Lodge.
From Columbia, take exit 91on I-26 and turn left onto Columbia Avenue. Turn right onto Peak Street and make a left on Old Shealy Road until it dead ends onto Beagle Run Rd. Turn left onto Beagle Run Rd and turn left into Chapin Pet Lodge.
From Greenville/Spartanburg, take exit 91 on I-26 and turn right onto Columbia Avenue. Turn right onto Peak Street and make a left on Old Shealy Road until it dead ends onto Beagle Run Rd. Turn left onto Beagle Run Rd and turn left into Chapin Pet Lodge.
